Project Abstract

Verydorm is a decentralized platform designed to revolutionize property management and real estate transactions, particularly in emerging markets. By leveraging blockchain technology, it addresses widespread issues such as property fraud, tampered land records, and inefficiencies in rentals and maintenance. The platform offers verified property listings, immutable blockchain-based records, automated rent collection, and tenant management tools.

The Verydorm ecosystem includes a native token, Verydorm Coin, used for transactions, verification, and service payments. With a roadmap that includes mobile apps, AI-powered pricing and fraud detection, and expansion into countries like Kenya, Nigeria, and India, Verydorm aims to build a trustworthy, transparent, and efficient real estate infrastructure for underserved populations.

Grant level

• Level 1: Up to $10,000, 2 approvals

• Level 2: Up to $30,000, 3 approvals

• Level 3: Unlimited, 5 approvals (for >$100k: Web3 Foundation Council approval)

Application Checklist

• The application template has been copied and aptly renamed (project_name.md).

Hi @Manuel254001, I understand that there was some confusion about the discussion of the previous PR. That being said, we have made the decision irrespective of the messages shared in the chat.
