Splits the operator-manual CI/CD page into a category with shared GitOps and supply-chain content plus per-platform pages for GitHub Actions (existing content) and GitLab CI (new, based on cosmonic-labs/ci-components/wash and the cosmonic-labs/wasm-component-sample reference pipeline).
