cache expire with a ttl

I am not sure I've understand your use-case, it looks like you want three features :

define a TTL for the cached image
I don't see any clean way to do the first one, as background tasks are not supported in Expo.

cancel a download
We could definitively add this feature switching from Expo.FileSystem.downloadAsync to Expo.FileSystem.createDownloadResumable. This would add the ability to cancel and pause a download.

force a cached image to re-download
I had a similar use-case that needed to delete a cache entry..

I will try to do a pull request to cancel/pause a download these next weeks, as it will be a nice-to-have feature in my project too.

Guys, I implemented the cancel/pause use case using Expo.FileSystem.createDownloadResumable a few weeks ago and it wasn't stable enough. @froger but you are welcome to take a fresh look at this problem it might get us closer :)
