chore(ci): bump python client to 4.22.0, enable boost test, pin weaviate 1.38.0 GA

- pyproject.toml: weaviate-client 4.21.3 -> 4.22.0 (adds Boost support,
  weaviate/weaviate-python-client#2030); regenerate uv.lock
- tests/test_python.py: enable search.boost.py in the search test suite now
  that a released client ships Boost
- tests/docker-compose-*.yml: pin weaviate image 1.38.0-rc.1 -> 1.38.0 (GA)
- _includes/feature-notes/mcp.mdx: rename back from a name with a stray
  U+200E so the import in mcp-server.mdx resolves

Verified: search.boost.py passes against weaviate:1.38.0 + client 4.22.0.
