Describe the bug

When I exported using NVIDIA and Lightning export the final webcam footage is distorted and the software won't let me re-export to try other settings.

Expected behavior

The webcam footage should be normal.

To Reproduce

1. Record a video with webcam on
2. Export it with nvidia acceleration and lightning export
3. View recording
