build: rename TOTAL_MEMORY to INITIAL_MEMORY

TOTAL_MEMORY was renamed to INITIAL_MEMORY in emscripten 1.39.x.
Modern emcc accepts both as an alias but warns; using the current
spelling silences the warning.
