Dynmap-Towny town colors on map fix

Hi,

I noticed that, after changing the town color in my town, this doesn't change in the dynmap.

All towns are red.

I checked the config but everything is enabled to use custom colors.

I didn't check fot nation colors.

*UPDATE: It does only work when your town is in a nation, then the colors work. if you're not in a nation, then it doesn't work
