Installation failed

I have Pentaho Community BI 7 installed.

I put the plugin in the folder: pentaho-solutions/system/languagePackInstaller
Then, I ran: ant resolve
Until here, it's okay.

When I go to http://[HOST]:8080/pentaho/plugin/languagePackInstaller/api/main
And touched the install button, the system shows me the error:
