COMPLETES Ad-hoc

This pull request addresses

Everyone in the team had to login to CH to get chat assets, paste it to w3schools every time to create a chat task. Therefore, this will be an unlisted URL that can be used to initiate a chat task. It also has links and instructions to other digital channels

by making the following changes

Adding a URL and Chat Asset under the main page that in turn adds the chat asset
