Adding reusable templates to guide AI assistants through widget development workflows including new widget creation, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and documentation generation.

by making the following changes

• Added ai-docs/templates/README.md - Templates overview and navigation
• Added ai-docs/templates/new-widget/ - 7 modular templates for new widget creation workflow
• Added ai-docs/templates/existing-widget/ - Templates for bug fixes and feature enhancements
• Added ai-docs/templates/documentation/ - Templates for generating AGENTS.md and ARCHITECTURE.md

@ciscoRankush PR looks good , the template does make difference and anyone creating a new widgets would have to go through these checklist

based on our discussion , only comment is to move the agent.md file to the root level so that all agents scan that files first and does not hallucinate
