Adding the Contact Center SDK API reference (TypeDoc JSON output) to enable AI assistants to consult available SDK methods, events, and types before generating code.

by making the following changes

• Added ai-docs/contact-centre-sdk-apis/contact-center.json - TypeDoc JSON output containing all exposed SDK APIs
