- Updated `@types/express` from `^4.17.13` to `^4.17.21`
- Updated `express` from `^4.17.3` to `^4.21.2`
- Updated various dependencies in `package-lock.json` to their latest versions, including `body-parser`, `cookie`, `qs`, and others.

This ensures compatibility with the latest features and security updates.
