Help! Accidental Discord ban while posting my first showcase project

Hi team,

I’m a Pro Plan user and ran into a bit of a snag yesterday. I attempted to make my first post in the #showcase channel to share my work, but I was immediately removed from the server. It appears an automated security bot flagged the post as spam and issued an account ban.

Since Discord is the primary support hub, I’m currently locked out of my main help channel. I’ve sent an email to support, but I wanted to reach out here to provide my details for a manual unban.
