I have one feature request (I understand, that it is volunteer single-man project! I understand if it will be declined!).
Maybe you have resource to implement kernels of transforms with new Java Vector API? I understand, that it is preview option in incubator, but I'm using it with more simple algorithms, and it give significant speed-up. But my qualification is not enough to modify your FFT code.
