Goal Result

Summary

Implemented automatic project mapping during bootstrap. As soon as llm-project-mapper is applied to a host repo, it now performs a local inspection, infers stack/domain/team/integrations, pre-fills the starter-managed docs, and writes an inspection journal without waiting for a manual INIT.md handoff.

  • build: pass
  • tests: pass
  • lint: pass

Remaining Risks

  • The automatic mapping pass is heuristic-based; projects with highly custom layouts may still benefit from an optional second-pass INIT.md refinement.
  • taskflow inspect/run could not be executed because taskflow is not installed in this environment.

- add an automatic local mapping pass during bootstrap
- pre-fill starter-managed docs immediately after apply
- add unit and Playwright regression coverage for placeholder-clean generated output
- bump package version to 0.3.0
