Since March 20th 2025 downloads of INSPIRE code lists were consistently failing, potentially due to the registry not being able to handle the requests to download the code lists.
Thus for the moment, downloads and thus updates of the INSPIRE code lists are disabled, to not be a blocker to update other resources.
Updating the INSPIRE code lists should be enabled again once the issue is solved.
