test(config): update blog visual baseline after duplicate post removal (#2192)

Follow-up to #2191, which removed the long-slug duplicate of the Apr 9
"Why We Rebuilt Our CI Pipeline" post. The blog listing shifted up by
one entry, so the baseline needs to match.
