Delaware Municipal Airport is not in Mongolia

This is definitely wrong, but after a quick review my hunch is that the disconnect occurred when we (incorrectly) crosswalked on the FAA ID for the airport (in Deleware) which is the same (but different) from the IATA code (in Dalanzadgad).

The airport in Delaware does not have an IATA code but only an ICAO code which matches the record in the Spelunker.
