chore(cnpack): re-sync vendored CnPack subset from updated cnvcl
Foundation units moved CnPack/Crypto -> CnPack/Common (CnConsts, CnFloat); added CnStrings, CnWideStrings, CnSM4 to match the current cnvcl layout. Keeps the boss-installable transitive closure complete (CnPack.inc + 17 units).
