DMG doesn't open finder window to install

I downloaded the latest build 2.1.22 and the dmg will not open. No messages, the finder window just doesn't open. I have downloaded the nightly build and the previous two builds, same thing. I have checked security settings, no messages to approve and I even set it to allow any app, but I can't even get into the dmg to install the app. I downloaded millmage CNC application right after trying UGS, and that dmg opened just fine so I'm wondering if there is an issue with downloads from github right now? I'm running MacOS 15.7.5 Sequoia and even just updated to that to see if it was an issue in my OS, same result. I watched the install video, and the first time he tried to open the dmg, it didn't open. He had to click it again. Thats whats happening to me, but it never opens, even after multiple clicks and CMD+click open with DiskImageMounter. I have attached a video. I appreciate any help, thanks!

The behaviour seems to have changed in later MacOSX versions, I can get it to work like this:

That indeed worked! I didn't realize it was mounting the disk like that. Thanks so much!
