- Add complete Chinese translation for all UI components
- Implement language switcher in Settings
- Add i18n infrastructure with react-i18next
- Create LanguageSelector component
- Add Chinese README (README_CN.md)
- Add localization documentation (CHINESE_LOCALIZATION.md)
- Add release notes (RELEASE_NOTES.md)
- Update tauri.conf.json to support Windows builds (msi, nsis)
