Rename to WIP Code

Summary

Rename the project from "AI DevOps Toolbox" to "WIP Code."

• Display name: AI DevOps Toolbox -> WIP Code
• GitHub repos: wip-ai-devops-toolbox / wip-ai-devops-toolbox-private -> wip-code / wip-code-private
• npm root package: @wipcomputer/wip-ai-devops-toolbox -> @wipcomputer/wip-code
• SKILL.md name and homepage
• All badge URLs, README titles, sub-tool references

Individual tool names (wip-release, wip-install, wip-repos, etc.) do not change.

Scope

~60 files across the ecosystem:

• 31 files in the source repo (package.json, SKILL.md, README.md, sub-tool configs, format.mjs)
• 4 files in LDM OS repos (catalog.json, SKILL.md, README)
• 6 files in CLAUDE.md, repo-locations.md, agent configs
• ~30 deployed files in extensions/skills (overwritten by wip-install)
• 2 GitHub repo renames (private first, public second)
