Closing as obsolete. This branch is forked from an old main (2026-06-29) and is ~68k lines / 384 files behind; it proposes ruff v0.14.11 while main is already pinned to a newer v0.14.14. Its lint failures are artifacts of the stale base and don't exist on current main, and the lone Windows test failure is a WinError 10106 Winsock flake. pre-commit.ci will open a fresh PR against current main on its next cycle.
