fix: issue#992 improve disabling logic for year, decade and century view

This PR fixes the tile disabling behavior across different views:

• Year view: disables a year only if all months within it are disabled.
• Decade view: disables a decade only if all years within it are disabled.
• Century view: disables a century only if all decades within it are disabled.
