Add Android system-surface Maestro smoke flows

Description

Adds Android system-surface smoke coverage in a dedicated stack layer.

The new flows verify both barcode-scanner entry points without claiming a physical barcode scan, create a fresh pending order before checking Scan to Pay and Share Payment Link, and exercise the real Pixel Launcher dynamic shortcuts through a separate android-system profile.

Test Steps

1. Install a Wasabi debug APK and log in to an eligible lab store.
2. Run .maestro/scripts/run-smoke-tests.sh --device <serial> --no-seed --no-record --no-open --include-tags system_surface --exclude-tags __none__ for scanner, QR, and share-link coverage.
3. On an English Pixel Launcher AVD, run .maestro/scripts/run-smoke-tests.sh --profile android-system --device <serial> --no-record --no-open.
4. Confirm the generated report includes the scanner surfaces, Scan to Pay QR, Android share sheet, launcher shortcuts, order draft, and Payments hub screenshots.
