`No recent posts` illustration not centered

No recent posts illustration is not centered when I open that tab. When I scroll down a bit, it can be centered. Feels like a bug to me.

This happens on a few other views like First post notification or Follows tab of the app:

I have checked First post and Follows tab views again. The former seems fine now because there is a logo, but the latter is still a problem.

I am not sure how to best-test the "No recent posts" view on Reader though.
