Reader: Saved Posts take time to appear in Saved list

Expected behavior

Save posts will appear under "Saved" immediately after tapping the flag icon to save them.

Actual behavior

When browsing the reader I saved two posts and then clicked on the “View all” link after saving the second post. No posts showed up on the saved list:

After clicking around a bit and then going back to the saved list they appeared.
