Local changes cannot be discarded / updated with latest content #18670

Description

@ninetyninew

If you worked on a post on your mobile, then finish the post on your computer in the browser and publish the post the mobile app still shows local changes and an out of date version of the page.

There is no option to discard these local changes or "resync" the content. This means if you do the scenario above the most up to date version of that post cannot be managed via the mobile app, not sure what happens if you hit "update" but I'm guessing it will replace the more up to date content with the version from the app.

Expected behavior

Upon editing a post with local changes check if the content has since been updated and show a message that the content has been updated, do you want to discard your changes (and therefore see the updated content) or keep the local changes.

Actual behavior

Mobile app keeps the local changes even though that content might be out of date.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Create a post, add some content via mobile app
Edit that post in browser via computer and publish
Go back to the mobile app and open that post, you'll see it only has the local changes and isn't aware of any changes that have been made to that content since the local changes were stored
