There is no Latvian language in the list

Open App: Jetpack/App Settings/Interface Language
Tested on [device], Android [version], JPAndroid / WPAndroid [version]

Since May 2022, there is an Latvian translation of WP for Android. Unfortunately, the interface language of the Jetpack app still does not offer a Latvian language option.
I have asked several times (on Slack on translator and mobile app developers chat) to fix this issue, but it is still not done.
Is it possible that there is some problem in the translation that prevents it from being used in the Jetpack app?
BTW Over the past year, I have tried to keep the translation volume above 95%.
P.S. I apologize for the fact that my submission probably doesn't follow the Github bug format...
