Wordpress app causes connection refused

Expected behavior

After I start the WordPress app, I open the messages... to view or change them.
Now it tries to load my messages, some are loaded but not all.

Problem :

After trying to load the messages my wordpress website gets inaccessible from my home wifi ip number.
Accessing by a 4G network it remains working.
My local IP number gets blocked by the server.

After several hours it starts working again.

Tested on a Samsung S24+ with latest Android and latest wordpress app.

The jetpack app results in a similar situation.

It sounds like your web host is blocking your home IP address – which company do you use for this?

We're working to improve how the apps fetch data, and this may improve the situation, but knowing what the limits of various providers are will help us adjust how the apps fetch data.
