Media uploads broken

After logging in to my websites (femmetal.rocks and chaoszine.net) on the Jetpack android app, it becomes impossible to upload any kind of media, and the app also doesn’t show any previous photo uploaded by me or any other user.
We tried updating the device, updating all apps on the device, logging out and back in the app, revoking the authorization and then logging in again, resetting the password, disabling WordFence but nothing works. My only option was to upload the photo from the website which is a bit inconvenient. It would be awesome if this could be fixed ASAP. I’m attaching a photo of the error (I have the app in Italian)

It would be great if you could share the logs right after the error happens with us.

Hello, thank you for replying to my email. I don’t understand what it means to send you the logs of my error. I sent you a screenshot of what I see when I try to upload and I don’t see anything else after this. Thank you very much, have a great weekend.

Hi @silviocolombo1969, here is how you can send us your logs:

1. Run the app and try to upload a media file until you see the error
2. Go to "Me -> Help & Support -> Logs"
3. You will see a series of logs there
4. Copy or share them, and send it to us.

(It's important that you try an upload before opening the logs in order to track the failure)

To help us investigate, could you please provide the following information?

Jetpack app version
Android version
Device model
Does this issue occur on both Wi-Fi and mobile data?
Can you confirm whether the issue affects both media uploads and the Media Library on all connected sites or only femmetal.rocks and chaoszine.net?
If possible, please share the screenshot of the error message (in Italian is fine).
