Expected behavior

Web editor shot not flicker.

Actual behavior

Web editor flickering when swiping/dragging

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Using a web browser, create a new draft/post
2. Add a Markdown block
3. On iPhone, open the draft/post
4. Tap to edit the unsupported block
5. Choose Edit using web editor
6. Tap the block
7. Dismiss the keyboard
8. Drag bottom-up keeping the finger down for a few moments at the end of the gesture
9. The editor will start flickering.
