Create WordPress Site: In "Choose a domain" input, text positioning is always following the device's default language instead of keyboard one (RTL vs. non-RTL)  #18178

Description

Expected behavior

According to the comment thread in this PR, the text should always be positioned according to the keyboard chosen when typing (depending on RTL or non-RTL keyboard language).

Actual behavior

Text position is always following the device's default language - if RTL, positioned to the right, and the left if this is non-RTL. Check the screen recordings below.
