According to the comment thread in this PR, the text should always be positioned according to the keyboard chosen when typing (depending on RTL or non-RTL keyboard language).

Text position is always following the device's default language - if RTL, positioned to the right, and the left if this is non-RTL. Check the screen recordings below.
