Block Editor: After editing a post that contains animated GIF media, it's not shown animated in Posts screen

Expected behavior

Animated GIF media should be shown animated in the Posts screen (preview).

Actual behavior

Animated GIFs are not shown "animated" when the post is edited. Check the steps to reproduce and the video evidence below.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a new post and put an Image block containing a GIF image (animated)
2. Publish the post
3. Go to the Posts screen and notice that the image is animated
4. Edit the post you just created
5. Replace the GIF with another animated one
6. Publish the changes
7. Go back to the Posts screen and notice that the image is not animated anymore
