Reader: Primary site URL doesn't match with /me

It was reported in 4907859-zd-woothemes that the user's site URL in their profile on Reader shows an IP address instead of their primary site URL.

Expected behavior

The user expects to see their site URL on their profile on Reader.

Actual behavior

An IP address is shown on the profile on the app's Reader instead of the site URL.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Check this test post in the Reader: https://premiumtestsite20190311.blog/2021/12/14/test-page-jump/
2. Tap the "3 bloggers like this" link to see the list of users who liked the post
3. Tap the user profile with the name starting with "M"
4. Noticed the site URL is shown as an IP address

Another older report that sounds similar to this report: 4851187-zd-woothemes. However, the issue with that report was that the site title was displayed as (Untitled).
