Notifications for Support Tickets not Showing  #18588

Expected behavior

When support replies, I expect to see a notification without having to go to Me>Help & Support>My Tickets as per #9337

Actual behavior

I can see the email responses in Me>Help & Support>My Tickets but there is no notification.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to Me > Help & Support > 'Contact Us' > submit a ticket.
Warning: You cannot use the email address associated with your Zendesk agent account (if you have one).

Wait for a response from support. Note there is no notification even when you can see the response in Me>Help & Support>My Tickets

Tested on [device], iOS [version], WPiOS [version]

This is reported on #5169702-zen and I was able to replicate on an iPhone 7 iOS version 15.4.1
