Missing App Icon Option on iPad

Expected behavior

The WordPress app on iPhone and iPad should have the same alternate icon options.

Actual behavior

The WordPress app on iPad is missing the "Blue" icon in the "Colorful Backgrounds" section.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

In the WordPress app on iPad, navigate to Me > App Settings > App Icon.

Notice that the "Blue" icon is not listed under "Colorful Backgrounds", as it is on the iPhone.

Tested on iPad Pro, iOS 15.5, WPiOS 19.9.0.6
