A user reported having trouble with uploading videos to their site through the WordPress app. Reported in 5787531-zen
Expected behavior
Video less than 1GB in size should upload successfully in the app.
Actual behavior
The request times out and video fails to upload. However, I was able to upload the same video on my test site via wp-admin.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
I was able to reproduce this both when I SSP'd into their account in the app and on my WordPress.com test site.

- Open a WordPress.com Simple site (Premium plan or above) in the app
- Go to Menu > Media and tap the + button
- Select "Choose from My Device"
- Select the video you downloaded
Tested on iPhone SE, iOS 16.1.1, WPiOS 21.2
