Summary

Rails 7.2 notes are referenced during triage, but they need to stay aligned with what actually bundles/tests.

Objective

Review and update docs/rails7-migration-patterns/rails-7-2-notes.md so it accurately reflects current Rails 7.2 appraisal blockers and links to the canonical issues.

Acceptance Criteria

• Review docs/rails7-migration-patterns/rails-7-2-notes.md for outdated statements.
• Ensure the doc links to the canonical active issues (e.g. Mongoid/ActiveModel constraints) and any relevant PRs.
• Keep the doc focused: what’s blocked, how to reproduce, and the intended path forward.

Verification Plan

• Spot-check that each referenced issue/PR exists and matches the doc’s claim.
