Faust releases are not working

Faust releases are blocked with the error: npm ci can only install packages when your package.json and package-lock.json or npm-shrinkwrap.json are in sync. Please update your lock file with npm install before continuing.

The ci/cd issues have been patched here: #2247.

Releases still need to be confirmed as working before we can close this.
