Add CIBA for AI Agents tutorial

- Add comprehensive tutorial on Client Initiated Backchannel Authentication (CIBA) for AI agents
- Demonstrate On-Behalf-Of (OBO) token flow for delegated authorization
- Include step-by-step guide for implementing asynchronous user approval
- Add architecture diagrams and screenshots
- Rename from ciba-sleeping-guardian to ciba-for-ai-agents for generic naming
- Update all references and image paths
- Add link to official CIBA OBO documentation
