- Add dev-tool-README.md for Chrome DevTools integration
- Update vitepress-docs with v2.1.0 flat OPFS structure
- Add db.onLog() logging API documentation
- Remove v2.0.0 legacy content from docs
- Bump version to 2.1.0 in package.json
