`Press o + enter to reopen the browser` doesn't work on Windows

Describe the bug

Like in title.

It doesn't work on build it IDE terminal, on CMD and powershell, nowhere.

Reproduction

1. bun i
2. bun dev on wxt-demo (But the same for pnpm and npm)

I'm on Windows 11 and for me it works inconsistently. So sometimes does, sometimes doesn't. Not sure if that gives any clues.

Works for me as long as I can see the instruction directly above in the browser.

What happens if you launch the dev environment and then immediately close the browser and press o enter?

Obviously it really matters once you have made changes.

Yeah, I don't think you can run it in parallel/series with other scripts, task runners will swallow the input since it doesn't know which script to pass it into.
