What's your idea?

This binary package creates the constants for the effnes-cpu package, so it is necessary to make it understandable for future fixes/additions.

This includes:

• Add documentation for effnes-cpu/tables-gen/src/main.rs.
• Add documentation for effnes-cpu/tables-gen/res/opcodes.raw input data.
• Add documentation for effnes-cpu/tables-gen/res/addr_modes.raw input data.
• Make the code cleaner.

Why would this be necessary?

This would benefit the people who work in the module, as they will have a deeper understanding of it.
