problems executing scripts

i'm pretty confused on how to run global steps 1 and 2 inside of the directory. trying to use poweshell + the py command gives me an error.

Hello! Poetry isn't built-in python tool, so you have to install it by yourself.

How to install poetry: https://python-poetry.org/docs/#installing-with-pipx

I will include requirements.txt in future releases, but now you have to either use poetry or install the project using

pip install .
