Make Settings Project Independent

Description

Currently on Version 1.5.0 the settings are connected to the project. I don't want to reenable this for every project. Is there a way do enable for example optimize imports for all projects opened with IntelliJ?

Thank you for the issue. I found some spare time to have a look at it.

So usually the project controls the code format/style, because when other people also work on the project the style must be identical or this will lead to conflicts.
I therefore heavily recommend adding such a option.

Maybe it would be an option to use IntelliJ project configuration files:

IntelliJ automatically reads project configuration files from the .idea folder.
You can add a saveactions_settings.xml for the corresponding project (example).
