Fix failing unit tests in RemoteLogViewer.Core.Tests

• ISshServiceのメソッドシグネチャ変更に合わせ、GrepOperationTests と BuildByteOffsetMapOperationTests のMoq設定を更新しました。
• BuildByteOffsetMapOperationTestsの ProcessedBytes アサーションが失敗していた問題を、プロダクトコードのロジックに合わせて期待値を-1するように修正しました。
• ByteOffsetIndexのデフォルトオフセットが new(1, 1) に変更されていたため、ByteOffsetIndexTestsでの期待値も new(1, 1) に更新しました。

※メインのプロダクトコードには一切変更を加えていません。
