uv_tty_init() returns negative even on success with Windows
This patch fixes color, untested as I have no AMD GPUs on Windows to do so...
Does not change anything on Unix etc.
Someone plz test on Win7 and Win10 and/or PowerShell and whatever other Windows console environments.
As it is exactly like the ones I did test, this should be fine too.
