Looking for a newer version of binutils - specifically the assembler - for riscv32

I'm looking for a newer version of the riscv32 assembler. Specifically one that supports the ".option exact" statement. I need to be able to specify which instructions are encoded using compact encoding for some testing I'm doing...

Will there be a new release soon?

I'm currently using: xpack-riscv-none-elf-gcc-15.2.0-1
