README errors

Hi @CJ-Wright @chiahaoliu

I am getting 404 errors when I try to follow the README instructions to install and run xpdSim.

I know that CJ worked on this, and I want to try it out on the team for this weekend, but I would like a link where I (go myself and where I) can send them that has the instructions for downloading and installing and running the first steps for the simulator.

@sbillinge I might have created a placeholder for those links in README.md. I can write a quick (not fully public facing) instruction.

@CJ-Wright do you have any doc you worked before that I'd better start from?
